DESCRIPTION:http://australiajapansocietyofnsw.org.au/event-201057\n\nWagyu Beef Tasting in Megalong Valley\n  \n  \n Following a highly successful launch last year\, AJS-NSW has again made special arrangements for a lunch event at the Wagyu ranch of the Suzuki family in the beautiful Megalong Valley in the Blue Mountains. \n  \n The ranch of Belltree Australia Pty Ltd was established to supply high quality Wagyu seed stock and feeder cattle to the Australian market at competitive prices. The principals are Tak and Yuko Suzuki who immigrated from Japan in 1991\, with extensive experience in 'wagyu' breeding. \n  \n Participants will travel individually to Blackheath\, either by their own car or by train (see below for convenient times). For those coming by train\, we expect to be able to arrange pickup by other participants for the 10 minute trip from Blackheath to Megalong Valley - however please request this when booking.  \n  \nWine from a neighbouring winery\, Dryridge Estate\, will be available for sale by glass or bottle.
