DESCRIPTION:http://australiajapansocietyofnsw.org.au/event-324103\n\nSake Tasting & Angus Beef BBQ under the Plum Blossoms\n\n   \n     Sun Masamune\, makers of Go-Shu Australian sake and Australia's own ume-shu\, will be the venue for a sake tasting and Angus beef BBQ party.\n    \n\n    The plum blossom should be in bloom at this time\, so there is a chance for a stroll under the blossoms. We will be given a guided tour of the brewery and have a chance to sample sakes of different styles made in Penrith. \n    \n\n    A BBQ catered by one of Sydneys top Japanese chefs is included\, based on Angus beef steaks sourced from a well-regarded ranch.\n\n    \n\n    Participants should travel to Penrith either by car or train *approx. one hour from Central\, with direct connections from Chatswood. The brewery is a short taxi ride from Penrith station.
